Relief Camp Manager

Opportunity This is a Relief Camp Manager position at a remote camp roughly 5 hours north of Terrace, BC, running October 16 to December 10, 2026. The rotation is 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Canada Camp Jobs Analysis This is a management-level relief role, so it demands real experience — 4 years in camp accommodation or catering plus 3+ years specifically managing people — plus a long list of certifications (Food Safe Advanced, HCCAP, Travel Restraint, Accident Investigation, and more) on top of comfort with camp management software and POS systems. It pays accordingly, with a wage band that tops out well above line-level camp roles. The trade-off is responsibility: as camp manager you're accountable for the whole operation during your rotation, not just your own shift, which is a different kind of pressure than a line role, on top of the usual 4-weeks-away stretch.
