Prep Cook

Opportunity This is a Prep Cook position at a remote workforce camp near Prince George, BC. The rotation runs up to 4 weeks on-site with 2 weeks home, working 12-hour shifts. Duties center on prepping a high volume of sandwiches daily, produce prep, food safety compliance and kitchen cleanliness. Canada Camp Jobs Analysis Prep cook is a good starting role if you want kitchen experience without the pressure of running a line — the work is repetitive but straightforward, and a Food Safety Certificate plus some kitchen background is enough to get in.
